BOARDING

• Our boarding point at the Embankment is near the riverside exit from Embankment Underground Station, by the public conveniences
• We welcome you onto the coach in the order of booking
• Some of our tours depart from Hammersmith, Liverpool Street, Richmond and Redbridge in addition

COMFORT AT A REASONABLE PRICE

• We hire comfortable coaches and there is no smoking on the coach
• Entrance costs, donations and tips are included in the price of the tours

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Day Tours
  • If you cancel giving two weeks notice or more, a full refund will be made, less a £5 cancellation fee
  • Because of the price of the coaches, we regret that no refunds can be made if you cancel within two weeks of the tour date
• Holidays
  • Separate conditions apply
